A long favorite past time I share with good friend of mine is coming home from a long day at our respective rocket factories and unwinding over a bottle of Japanese sake. With the two of us being nerdy engineers, the natural result of this is to eventually say, "Hey, we can probably do this. How hard could it be?" - which is how Sake Lab started.
Sake Lab is a space science-grade clean room where we conduct small batch research and development DoE studies of various yeast strains, koji application methods, brew profiles and more.
